3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number)

  • Clear photos or videos may be required for verification


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos/videos (if applicable)

  4. Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

If approved, return instructions will be shared via email.


5. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible items may be replaced at no extra cost.

  • Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue.

  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


6. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
